Customized small spinning testing machine and meltblown cloth machine according to user requirements.

Used for melt spinning, drawing, winding, etc., of polyester, nylon, polypropylene, or functional masterbatch additives, producing finished filaments in cylindrical or cheese-shaped forms.

Process principle of this experimental unit: Utilizes a miniature single-screw mixing extruder for melting and plasticizing; the screw extrudes material into the mold cavity, which flows to the spinneret for spinning. This unit employs air-cooled roller winding for traction forming; secondary preheating winding rollers perform additional stretching and setting, completing the experimental sampling through winding.
